The past week has been full of diversions and distractions for us… so… we have not sent any email for multiple days, until now… but… we are “hoping” that you have been establishing good, daily, health regenerative processes (as best as you may be determining them to be), and “hopefully” you are choosing to consume only Raw Living Substances on your regenerative journey, in order for you to encourage a more speedily recovery towards regained-mobility over the months ahead. There will be an interesting link in our “next email”, that will help to illustrate the valuable potentials of healing the body with consuming Raw Uncooked substances. We think that you will enjoy it when you receive the link.

We’re glad that you are documenting your daily/weekly progress. =)

X and I think about you each day, and we’ve been jotting down many thoughts that we feel are worth mentioning to you about, regarding random health-related-points, that we feel are in your best health interest to take into serious consideration on your journey.

Here are a handful of thoughts to share with you for today:

==> “If” you are implementing our raw juicing suggestions, with starting each of your waking days with Raw Living Fruit Juices, and then moving on later into the morning/day with consuming Raw Whole Fruits too (with their natural fruit fibers included)…
…and… “if” you are “eating every time that you feel hungry”, and not ignoring any hunger feelings, (and Not Conforming To conventionally-established meal time concepts)…
…and… “if” you are drinking Raw Fresh Juiced Fruits Juices “whenever you are thirsty”… (and not choosing plain water to drink), (even if your day seems full of eating, juicing, eating, juicing, and then more eating (which, hey… Eating may be precisely what your body needs to heal, so Do give your body what it is asking for, especially When it asks for it)… =)…
…then… we just wanted to comment, that..: . You will likely find, (just as we have found), that over time, you will actually notice that you will be needing LESS, and Less, and less, plain water to drink during your days. (Yep… That really usually happens… and it is rather nice to not need as much plain water daily, like in our pasts, unlike most people eating a Standard Acidic Diet (a SAD diet), which most people are used to needing plenty of water to constantly drink throughout their days, because they are literally dehydrated on a cellular level.)
With these raw-lifestyle-protocols that we are suggesting to you… you will eventually receive Adequate “True Cellular Hydration”, going right into, and around all of your trillions of cells. You just won’t be as thirsty as you remember being often in the past.

==> Again… we just wanted to point out… how important it is for you to literally “Shy Away From Drinking Plain Water”… and to Always Just Choose To Drink Living Raw Fruit Juices whenever you are feeling thirsty during your day. (or…even eat multiple raw oranges/mandarins, as you travel around when you are feeling thirsty).
==> Fruit… is The True “Original Fast Food”.
==> Plain water… is truly Not Hydrating on a cellular level… that concept is just dis-information from the propagandist medical system.
==> Hydration… with living nutrition, and with simple-sugar fuels (from raw fruits), is Thee Best type of hydration for your body… and Not with plain water. (although… having some plain water by your bedside when you are sleeping, is certainly a fine idea… yeah, do have plain water at that time, if you should get thirsty at night.) =)

==> As another Friendly Reminder… “Only Drink Juiced Fruits PROMPTLY After Juicing them”. Do not let them sit (not even in a seemingly well sealed-up container in a fridge…nope… the vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants within those juices will Still Oxidize Quickly after juicing, especially once they have been exposed to the open air through the whole juicing process, even while coming out of the juicer. And… “if” you are using a primitive centrifugal juicer, then the extra heat which is created from that particular juicing process, will certainly be degenerating your nutritional potential even further. So… just take the time to juice, because your health is worth the time… And then, take the additional time to Just Drink It Fresh, right there on the spot. (But… Of course… Don’t just chug it either… yeah, Do enjoy it, and Do savor it, and consider the whole raw-drinking-experience to be a mindful-meditation-experience unto itself… …we’re saying, just simply don’t dawdle a long while when consuming it, so that you can get the most benefits out of the fresh juice). =)

==> “If” you are using Antiperspirant Deodorants on your body… then Stop using them. Antiperspirants contain aluminum and other toxins… and… You NEED Your Body TO SWEAT.
==> Never interfere with your body Sweating. Every exit portal of your body (mouth, nose, ears, skin pores, urethra, anus) is how your body will push out any non-compatible substances inside of the body, out to the surface, and away (such as excreting: acids, toxins, isolated chemicals, heavy metals, etc), which all interfere with wellness.
==> We even suggest Not Using refined conventional fragrances, nor colognes…. because refined conventional fragrances are usually all toxic to the human body in some way… and refined conventional fragrances are usually neuro-toxic to the body as well.
==> We suggest Not Using any of the conventional plug-in-home-outlet fragrance devices in your house, Nor using any air-deodorizer-sprays either, Nor conventional scented candles. Those all contain neuro-toxins as well.
==> Even Avoiding clothing-detergents which contain fragrances, will also help you to avoid further exposure to neuro-toxins as well.
==> We suggest Not Using Dryer Sheets either, whenever you dry your clothes in a dryer… because those dryer sheets also contain toxins and neuro-toxin fragrances as well. Just simply dry your clothes with the dryer’s plain-air blowing by itself… no dryer sheets added.

==> Your MS symptoms are heavily linked to neurological complications, and with neurological damages… so… let’s not perpetuate any further damages to your nervous system, with adding un-natural isolated chemistry to your living environment, nor to your skin.

==> Using more-natural soaps on your body, and using more-natural shampoos, would also help your health progress as well. The human scalp is one of the most absorbable skin surfaces on the human body… and conventional shampoos (and soaps too) have a plethora of unpronounceable toxic isolated chemical ingredients in them.

==> Expect… the Temporary effect of increased urination daily, as you drink more Living Raw Fruit Juices, and Eat Raw Substances. Yep… that’s just the way it is… just deal with it with cleansing-gladness, with every flush. =)
==> Expect… the Temporary effect of more watery feces too (which is often called: diarrhea symptoms) for a while, as you are consuming more raw juices and raw substances… Yep… Just deal with it with more cleansing-gladness, with every flush. =) They are “Temporary” Cleansing/Detoxifying Symptoms… “Temporary” is the Key word here.

==> Expect… a loss of weight. But… even if you get thinner over the weeks… you will never disintegrate, nor fade into nothingness. You Will eventually reach a level-out-point with your weight, at a future time. You “may” get rather thin, then you will eventually get weight back on later, then balance out. Your metabolism will be changing and altering often. So… continue to be patient with your body.
==> Do Not put any attention into the “calorie counting bull sh@t distractions” of the modern medical propaganda. Pay no attention to caloric intake concepts at all…. it is nonsense… just eat Raw Substances whenever you are hungry… and enjoy eating raw. It’s as Simple as that. =)

==> Expect… to “possibly” be more tired throughout your days, especially with your beginning transitions into a more simplistic raw lifestyle. Your adrenal glands will be welcoming the needed rest (especially from avoiding stressing-stimulants, such as with avoiding all caffeine.) You will likely feel a usual need to rest. So… Just rest when you feel tired. And… sleep/nap when you feel sleepy. Listen to your body’s communications. And “respect your trillions of cells”, knowing that “they know better” what is best for your full body Ship/Vessel, than you might think. =)
But… tiredness will be temporary too… and the natural energy from the viable Simple Sugars of Raw Fruits, will eventually kick-in (with perseverance) as you move further into a simplistic lifestyle.

==> You may start to experience “Detoxifying Effects”, which the medical system has come to refer to as experiencing: “Cold Symptoms” or even experiencing “Flu Symptoms”… (heck, maybe even experiencing “bronchitis symptoms”, or “pneumonia symptoms”)… any of those symptom labels “could” be possible for you to experience as you eat more raw cleansing substances… just don’t freak out if you experience any of those Cleansing Experiences.
Cold Symptoms, Flu Symptoms, Bronchitis Symptoms, and Pneumonia Symptoms (even though they are often uncomfortable), are All Detoxifying and Cleaning Effects of a human body… they are All Temporary… and you should Rejoice whenever you experience them.
==> Do Not try to stop any of those Cleaning Symptomatic Effects… just Don’t fight them. Be patient.
==> If you experience these Cleansing Experiences… Just continue to consume raw hydrating substances, and raw juices… and then you will move through the symptoms far quicker. Those symptoms will have their important role in regenerating your health further, and with facilitating the elimination of anything in your body which is not-compatible, and eliminating whatever is obstructive to your overall-well-being. (I mention this, only because David often likes to suggest to people… to inhale misted hydrogen peroxide, as soon as someone experiences symptoms, in order to quickly “knock out” a cold symptom… But… we don’t encourage the use of isolated refined chemistry like that, in order to interfere with any of the body’s cleaning processes. Those cleaning processes (Cold Symptoms, Flu Symptoms, Bronchitis Symptoms, and Pneumonia Symptoms), have their important roles to play.

==> People only die from pneumonia symptoms, whenever the medical system tries to interfere with stopping the pneumonia symptoms, with using medications, and with using steroids. You will Not die from pneumonia symptoms, as long as you Don’t Interfere, and Don’t Try to stop the symptoms of Any Body Cleaning Experience! Just eat raw hydrating fruits and raw juices, and it will all pass steadily.
Even if those cleaning experience symptoms may seem to be inconvenient to modern living, and even if they seem to interfere with the social endeavors of modern humans (like with wanting to always get things done in a business/work situation, with a “go-go-go attitude”, with a “no time to rest attitude”, for example)… still, the body is instigating those cleaning processes for all good reasons.
So… just Don’t interfere with the cleaning symptoms… (mucus, increased body temperature, achy muscles, shivers, tiredness, etc…) just welcome those symptoms with open arms, and see them as part of your journey forward, and do have patience, and just facilitate any Cleaning Symptoms with raw substances and raw juices… and those symptoms will pass far swifter for you. Simple as that. =)
