Dr. Wahls’ Protocol for Regenerating MS

Here (above) is “another” info resource, a link, where you can learn about some “more aspects” into the nutrition concept, in rebuilding The Myelin Sheathing “that should be” present around all nerves within the entire body, and with healing the entire nervous system. (Myelin is used much like electrical-insulation within the body.)

It is an article link, about a Dr. Terry Wahls, who healed herself from MS, and she was able to go from being wheelchair bound, to participating in an 18 mile bike tour… “within 8 months”.
Now… if you remember one of Dr. Morse’s patients, the one from Lithuania, (she was in the other video clip that you have likely seen from us… she was up and walking in 7 months. =)
((So… Do you see a trend here?… with detox and regeneration protocols with MS?… It seems Very Likely, that “if” you stay adhered to our helpful regeneration protocol advice… then… by this time next year in 2022 (by next Thanksgiving)… you can likely have functionality of your arm and hand restored, and have restored balance, and far better coordination too. =D !!! That would be really awesome.))

We are providing you with Dr. Wahls’ protocol perspective, in order to be fair with presenting the many different approaches that are circulating out there, towards healing MS, or healing anything. There are aspects to Dr. Wahl’s protocol, that we feel are fine… and then there are aspects to it that we feel could have been better. We want to provide you with the most ideal lifestyle-change-options, that will take all aspects of regeneration into consideration, and give you the best return on your future health, as well as with improving your mobility-regeneration… all within the shortest time period… and with the least future regrets… while also helping to fix all sorts of other underlying health issues in your life, all at the same time… so that all modifications can blend seamlessly together, for the best future health outcome for you. =)

The MS patients on Dr. Morse’s protocol… had cut out most of (or all of) the fat in their diet, and they went on all raw fruits and raw fruit juices, and on herbs, and… they may have been advised to take certain animal organs that have been dried and powdered into capsules, and… there have been cases where he put his patients on raw-pasture-raised-egg-yolks too. So… Basically, yes, Dr. Morse’s protocol focuses more heavily on detox, (but, still plenty on nutrition too), and he has seen much better progress over the years with his MS patients, when they were Only Eating Raw Fruits. And… (in his repeated observations of his patients, including his MS patients), he noticed that whenever they switched over to “vegetable consumption”, that the vegetables merely resulted in “the slowing down” of his patient’s regeneration progress… that is… “until they switched back to all raw fruit”, and then “they advanced quicker” once again. So… keep this in mind… Raw Fruits are where regeneration is at. =)

Dr. Wahls perspective, from her start… focused “most heavily with feeding the body more cooked substances, as well as vegetables”, and… she recommends Lots of fats, and Mostly animal products… and some fruits. Dr. Wahl is very big on vegetables, and “her reasoning for vegetables” was mostly that she was aiming for antioxidants.
==> Yet… the irony is… that RAW FRUITS have WAY MORE ANTIOXIDANT POTENCY AND VIABILITY, than raw vegetables have ever had. But… sadly, she perpetuates “The Medical Propaganda” that sugar is problematic, without ever pointing out the literal differences between “simple-sugars and complex-sugars”… and… she heavily encourages vegetable consumption over accentuating fruit consumption. (But… we are glad that she is at least not totally against fruit… so that is good.) Raw Fruit contains Simple-Sugars. =)

Now… This is where we would suggest, that while you read about her protocol in the article, that you simply “Replace Her Vegetables-Advice, (just replace every word of: Vegetables) with the words: Raw Fruits and Raw Fruit Juices. It’s that simple. =) BECAUSE… Raw Fruits are truly far superior to vegetables when it comes to getting Viable antioxidants, enzymes, and vitamins… and fruits are far easier for the human body to digest and to utilize, compared to vegetables. And… the raw simple-sugars that are found within raw fruits, are waaay more easily used, far more quicker as optimum quality fuel by the body’s cells… and… that simple-optimum-fuel helps to take some burden off the body, in order to help redirect it’s energy towards more healing, rather than energy on digestion efforts. (Which… Vegetables can be more challenging for the body to digest, because the human digestive system Really Does Not Break Down Cellulose, At All … no joke… and that is why Cellulose is called “Roughage” (which is defined as: fibrous in-digestible material)… because cellulose just passes through us, unused. And… most vegetables are more composed of Cellulose.)

Dr Wahl’s article has different sub-sections to it. So… We’ll type out the titles of those sub-sections below, and then we will provide you with our comments to each sub-section, which are written out below each of those sub-sections.

– Getting Better but not Quite There
In this section we just wanted to affirm what Dr. Wahls had found in her experience… about taking Supplements. She first began her journey by using Supplements, and while they slowed down her health decline “some”, they did Not halt her decline, Nor did the supplements initiate any healing either. (And… we are Not supporters of Supplement use.) This is a shared experience that we have come across, and we have heard about this time and time again, especially with severe degenerative un-wellness, such as with neurological degeneration… that repeatedly: “Isolated Supplements Do Not do much”. True Healing (we feel) will always be found in the Whole Natural Foods themselves… most especially in raw foods, which contain Structured Water within the very cells of the raw living food, along with viable: antioxidants, vitamins, and enzymes (that are Not damaged with heat, through cooking methods), and with minerals, and with much more, all within a neat balanced raw package. So… we are in agreement with Dr. Wahl’s experience here… that “Isolated Supplements are Not helpful to regeneration”.

– The Big Change โ€“ Getting Nutrients from food
Here is a section with some details on eating whole foods, and with the nutrients needed for Myelin repair. And… We are in agreement with many aspects that Dr. Wahl brings up here. BUT…We feel, and we suggest, that the Raw Forms of foods will always Contain More Nutrition and More Energy for human cells… thus: Raw Fruits and Raw Fruit Juices are just best all around… And… That Any Animal Foods eaten, would be Most Optimal When they are Raw as well, such as consuming Raw Pasture Raised Egg Yolks.
In the beginning… just consuming Raw Egg Yolks alone, would be best. (Not cooked.)
As a suggestion… maybe your friend (Junior) could boil the remaining separated egg whites, and he “could” just consume those boiled whites without the yolks, in order to not waste those egg whites… that is just a thought. =)
Then… maybe months later, you “could” consume boiled egg whites, BUT you should still consume them “Separate from the Raw Egg Yolks”, such as like consuming them 30 minutes or longer after you have consumed the Raw Egg Yolks. And…The reason for this, is because the egg whites contain Nutrient Inhibitors (Avidin), that can bond to the beneficial ingredients of the Raw Egg Yolk (Biotin), and then render those beneficial materials unusable to your body. And… That is Not advantageous to your health. And… It’s the Boiling Process of the separated egg-white-material, which helps to neutralize that Avidin nutrient inhibitor… BUT… the boiling process doesn’t fully deactivate all of the Avidin. So… we just advise, that it is to your health advantage to always eat raw egg yolks “Separate” from the boiled whites… such as eating the raw egg yolks first… and then WAIT… with a length of time in-between (30min to an hour) before eating the boiled whites. But again… this Boiling-Egg-Whites Advice is “for later on into your regeneration process… and not for in the beginning of your regeneration process. =)

– Why Cruciferous Vegetables and Sulphur?
In this section, sulphur is discussed. She mentions how sulphur is in eggs, and other animal foods, and in garlic, and in onions, and in cruciferous vegetables. But again, many people do not digest high cellulose vegetables well. So… A better choice in this instance would be Broccoli SPROUTS, because they Can Be Eaten Raw, (not needing to be cooked, like matured broccoli often is, thus, no heat damage is done to the sprout’s antioxidants, nor enzymes, nor vitamins… which are all heat sensitive), and… Raw Living Sprouts are tender… AND… you get far more nutrition from raw broccoli sprouts, compared to what is found within a whole matured broccoli stalk. But… yeah, the taste of broccoli sprouts is a bit strong though at times… but, that is a small aspect to pay, compared to what the body can gain from consuming Raw Living Broccoli Sprouts. So… we are just encouraging Raw Egg Yolks and Raw Broccoli Sprouts for helping with getting Viable Sulphur. =)

– Foods to Avoid
This section goes without saying too much. We agree with Dr. Wahl here… to Avoid all processed and refined foods.
And… we agree with Avoiding anything potentially inflammatory, such as: grains, and legumes (beans).
We would also add: to use Caution with even consuming Nuts and Seeds as well, because they are high in Omega 6 Fatty Acids, and they can be inflammatory in the body.
And… Also a comment note about Dairy… that even though she says that she does not support raw dairy, (and this may be highly individual to each person’s perspectives)… that Raw Goat’s Milk is actually More Compatible with the human metabolism, (compared to other raw milks)… as Raw Goat’s Milk is very close to human milk. So… raw goat milk and raw goat cheese from pasture-raised goats, “if” it is ever available, “may” be suitable for some people “later on” in their regeneration processes. That is just something to consider later on… and will depend a lot on other factors that people experience through their regeneration processes. =)

– MS and Eggs
Good info is in this section. It talks about choline and inositol, being crucial for myelin repair. We agree. And Choline… is in Raw Egg Yolks. And… we like how she does point out how Inositol is found in many fruits… so, right there is another example of the benefits of consuming raw fruits… and we are glad that she pointed that out. =)

– How else can you Rebuild Myelin and prevent its Destruction?
A lot is said here in this section about Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
Fish oil is not necessarily the most ideal source of Omega 3s, because it is often rancid soon after the extraction process. There is a lot of controversy about fish oil supplements, and it really does depend on the quality of the fish oil. However, it makes more sense (to us) just to “Eat Foods With Omega 3 Fatty Acids”, rather than consuming an Isolated Oil which most often goes rancid very easily. And… Guess what… Raw Egg Yolk has Omega 3. =)
Canned fish are likely even more rancid with their oils. BUT… “If” someone is really determined to eat fish… then Fresh Caught RAW Fish is far better than canned fish, and far better nutritionally than cooked fish.
Also, Dr Wahl encourages bone broth… (well… we don’t encourage bone broth consumption for regeneration)… we feel that it can be very questionable, because it is a very highly-coagulated-protein… and even though some people really love to promote it… others don’t do well with it. We are of the mindframe that Raw Consumption of foods, (or as close to Raw as possible), is also best for any animal foods too. (like… even with consuming raw liver, from pasture-raised healthy animals, is far better nutritionally, than cooked liver is). But… this is one of those things, where it is up to the individual who is healing themselves, to pay very close attention to how they feel with anything like raw animal flesh/organs after they consume something, to figure out if something seems to really help them, or hinder their regeneration process. Raw… is just best… all around.

– The Use of Fats and Oils with Multiple Sclerosis
Dr. Morse encourages virtually No fats in his protocols, yet Dr. Wahls recommends Lots of fats. In my personal case, I (Xeque) had to cease consuming all fats at one point, simply because my digestive system stopped digesting fats, and I could feel it’s negative effects. I don’t think that I have ever had a healthy metabolism, but, I really started to feel the very negative brunt of it, with my energy tanking just a few years ago. So, since you mentioned feeling fatigued, and having issues after eating fat, then you may want to start with very low fat consumption (or better yet, just No fat) in the very beginning… but, to eventually experiment later on with having smaller amounts of “higher quality fats” that are found in whole food natural forms (Raw Ripe Organic Avocados, Raw Organic Olives)… but, still Never Consume Any Oil, seriously, just don’t. You will notice that after removing fat from your diet, that it will be far easier over a time period, for you to see just how sensitive you are to different types of fatty foods… then try experimenting with fats far later on, to find out what helps you, and what hinders you. A large part of healing… is fixing the metabolism at it’s core. And… we will also mention here, about: Fasting Concepts… that Eating lots of nutrient dense raw foods… is far better than fasting when fixing the metabolism. So… We suggest avoiding fasting… because you really need constant viable simplistic nutrients coming into your body…. for maximum healing outcome.

And… Another “nutrient” that is mentioned here… is Vitamin D.
Vitamin D is “actually a hormone”… so, there is a lot of misunderstanding and inaccurate information out there regarding vitamin D’s role in the body. .(We would prefer to call it: “Hormone D”.) Interestingly… Vitamin D3 supplements are literally made of Cholecalciferol, which is also used in rodent poisons. =/ And… with long term use, that vitamin D3 supplement can actually cause calcification within our soft tissues. And That’s not good.
True natural Hormone D, is certainly important for helping calcium to make it’s way into bones and into teeth. There are many natural forms of this type of hormone “already within the body”, and vitamin D3 is just one of many needed forms that are part of a very complex metabolic process, to complete the role of the Hormone D that is produced within the body. Hormone D is also found in Raw Egg Yolk, Raw Liver, (and in other animal parts).
I am also looking into how “Hormone D deficiency” is actually… “a Magnesium Deficiency” as an underlying cause.
And… I’ll just mention here… that the human body also needs other things to be healthy, such as adequate amounts of Natural Food Based Copper and Food Based Retinol (in Raw Egg Yolks, and Raw Liver) in order for proper conversion processes to take place. The liver needs Food Based Copper and Food Based Retinol to be healthy, and we need a healthy liver in order to make Hormone D. =)

So… we hope you are getting a grasp on the value of RAW Foods in general, in regards to regenerating health. =)
